Wall mounting q box

Thinking of wall mounting  tv. Can I wall mount sky q box behind tv. Will remote still work?

No. Not without a lot of extra kit at considerable expense.

Hi @Suzyq1 Mounting the SKYQ main box behind a TV  is not advisable apart from issues from heat trasfer, the box is designed to work horizontaly.

The Mini box can be mounted behind a TV, but still needs some ventilation as the box does get warm in normal use, the bluetooth remote should still work.

Hi, thanks for your response.  We are trying to find ways of mounting our TV on wall bracket  and having no cables visible for soundbar and sky q box. Can the q box be located elsewhere in the room and be connected via WiFi as opposed to cables?

Not really: although 'HDMI wireless senders' are a thing, they are notoriously unreliable.
