Tv chanels working,wont record or show recordings

Sky is working, but won't allow me to record, view recordings or use on demand

Hi Daniel I got in touch with sky,apparently its hardware problem, new box being sent out

Thanks for the update. If it's a doorstep box swap don't forget to remove your viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into a DPD van.
