Waiting for sky installation
I have waited all day for a sky installation-
i received 3 messages saying they will come today between 12-5
with a method to track order
when following the link it does not work.
trued calling several times and all the help people have no way of confirming my identity to proceed with the tracking process

@AnishPatel10 unfortunately there is nothing we can do as you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
Sometimes other jobs before yours take longer and the engineer doesn't have time to gert to everyone. There could be other reasons such as taken ill, involved in an accident etc. All you can do is contact Sky in the morning to see what is happening
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

I had the same issue yesterday, timeslot 12-5, at 4.50pm I received a text from Sky to say the Engineer wasnt coming and to reschedule! I was less than impressed.
