Sky Q box does not recognise broadband

My Sky Q box is no longer recognising vodaphone broadband. Constant message 'router is offline' - however all other devices are connected. We have tried connecting with ethernet cable but this does not work either. Sky mini box also unable to connect to Q box. Presume due to wifi issue

btw, always do a full network reset on the Q
