Thanks for trying to help , as I said in my post I know how to fix it but it keeps coming back I want Sky to solve this ongoing issue

If the advice from @Quoman7 doesn't help long term, you will need to contact Sky if you want them to solve it.

Thanks and agreed but Sky said to go MySky app which sent me here , just need escalating, I am not the the only one with this issue . Sky do not even list it as a known issue.
