LAN fibre connection no internet issues

i know how to fix it but comes back frequently enough to cheese me off.

Hi @ATC7 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.

Thanks for trying to help , as I said in my post I know how to fix it but it keeps coming back I want Sky to solve this ongoing issue

Thanks and agreed but Sky said to go MySky app which sent me here , just need escalating, I am not the the only one with this issue . Sky do not even list it as a known issue.
