BBC 1 HD channel and other channels at time pixelating can not watch.

Can not watch BBC 1 HD terrible pixelating on the screen has been happening for about a week or so, and some other channels at times are also bad. The weather is fine but still happens. Have tested all cables, turned Q box off and on again, and cleaned the card to the box. Any ideas? Many thanks, DJ.
