Connection issues, called sky, loads of troubleshooting, reset everything etc, sent me new Q box. Now seems worse, when option is displayed to choose a sky broadband hib to connect to, I can't even click on it. Hold down WPS button, doesn't flash. It's as if I can't select the option at all. Doesn't feel like it's even set up to take a WiFi signal?

If you are carrying out a Network reset on your Q box it asks you to press the WPS on the Sky Q hub. Make sure that you are not pressing the hub reset button. The Q hubWPS button is shown below.
Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
As you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

Tried all of the above and no luck, won't even allow me to select 'connec to sky broadband wifi'

Hi @Jd100
First try rebooting your main Q box.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
Then try completly completely resetting your remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
