WHY AREN'T SERIES LINK PROBLEMS BEING ANSWERED?

For a year or so my Sky Q box is jumbling-up Series-linked recordings, storing them in random/duplicate folders.

Clearly this is a KNOWN PROBLEM, but any solutions here are missing, and threads locked by Sky!

 

It used to work.   HOW DO I GET IT WORKING CORRECTLY AGAIN?

 

Alternatively, how do I contact someone at Sky who can help?

Are you sure that your Q box is on the latest Software version (At least Q220.......)?
