No satellite signal after blackout

I'm having problems with my sky Q box. Ever since the blackout my TV has never came back on and it is saying there is a problem with the satellite signal, when obvs it is not because it was working fine before blackout. Is anyone else experiencing this. Or if anyone has been through this and knows how to solve please leave a message. Thanks 👍

@Virgomum

Did you also have storms/bad weather?

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

@Virgomum  You posted this in the broadband forum, however Sky Q uses satellite for live TV so won't be a broadband issue.

You don't say of this is the main box or the mini?

But I would power down both the main Q  box, mini & hub.

Then power up the hub, allow to fully reboot, then power up the main Q box, once fully rebooted do the same with the mini.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
