You may have to explain in a little more detail as our crystal ball is on the blink.

 

Have you paired your remote to the TV?  Tried all the codes for the make?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Rivky+marquez Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.
