Mvmnt app available on sky q?

When I try to create an account for Mvmnt, through my Sky Q box, it says 'let's get you sorted', asks me to call the tech support number, and underneath it says MYSKY_2016 When I called the tech guy was puzzled about what I was talking about, did some digging and then told me it's not available on Sky Q, only sky live. But all research indicates it should be available in sky Q now, and if its not, why is the app there? Is he right? Has something changed or have I just encountered a bug?

Sky Live (the camera accessory for the Sky Glass television set) died for good earlier this month, so they are a bit out of date...

Mvmnt is still supposed to be available on Glass, Stream and Q.

That's what I thought, thank you.  I'll see if I can summon the energy to try with someone else!
