Hi @Pablus The Sky Q box does not have any volume controls. If you are using the Sky Remote to turn down the volume, it is only turning down your TV (or soundbar) volume exactly the same as using the TV (or soundbar) remote. You need to refer to your TV manual to see how to adjust the headphone volume output.
