My5 viewing issues

I am having problems with my5 app.  It will play, and stop displaying an error message which Sky has not been able to help me with. Can anyone please help with this?

Hi @JC1000   Where are you seeing a My5 App? I wasn't aware that it is even available on a Sky Q box (Q260).

@JC1000 do you have Sky Stream or Sky Glass if so i can move your post into the correct forum as this is the Sky Q forum and Sky Q doesn't have the my5 app


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
