I recently reported an issue with the "Play [programme]" voice command not working. All other voice commands appear to be working as normal.
In that thread i was given the usual advice - reboot the box and router. Initially it appeared to help (although it was very sluggish) but within the same day it stopped working altogether.
The box is 'hearing' my command, but it always returns one of two responses. It either tells me it 'didn't catch' my command, or that it can only 'Play programmes I have recorded' (despite me trying to play a programme from a box set series link).
But there is also something else. After I have tried (and failed) to make the "Play [programme]" command work, I resort to accessing the programme manually through the menus, but when i do this everything behaves with terrible lag. Navigating becomes very slow, like a computer that's trying to do too many things at once.
