Viewing card

I've just received a replacement sky q box and the viewing card won't set up? It's saying install not complete, an active broadband connection is required? However my broadband is working fine?

Your broadband may well be working fine but obviously, your Sky box can't see it. Are you using an ethernet cable or WiFi?

And have you connected (or attempted) to the WiFi with the new box?
