Normal common sense would have sent me a new card before turning my complete package off,especially on the day of a brilliant sport viewing day,being a sky customer for over 20 years l am disgusted that they did that,and l am still waiting for the card !

@Logger can I ask why you need a new viewing card ? 

as if you have just changed a subscription package then you shouldn't need a new card

My card was damaged,it was too old ,which they should have known,they like taking my £160 a month but don't care atoss about their customers
