Sky q mini box says no satellite signal so can't watch live TV or load tv listings, on demand works

Sky q mini box says no satellite signal. No live TV but on demand and main box work fine. 

Have rebooted mini box, done a full reset. Rebooted main box while mini box unplugged the rebooted mini, still not working.....
