Hi we have just received my sky box, but we don't have a viewing card

Was this a doorstep swap of a faulty box? If so you were supposed to keep the viewing card from the faulty box.

 

Was it a new box sent out after rejoining Sky Q after a short time away? If so, Sky would have expected you to have retained your original viewing card.

 

Either way you will need to call Sky and order a new card which will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
