Just had a new hub arrive. Got it set up but now my viewing card is not working TV says that a card is not inserted. Should I have had a new one sent with the hub?

Hi @Lisalulu1
Your Broadband hub has no influence on your viewing card.
If it is a new Q box then these do not come with a viewing card and you should have retained the card from the previous box.

Thank you I have managed to get it working by removing the card and turning the box off for a few minutes.
