I've received my sky Q box this morning, can you confirm my viewing card has been posted out please?

@Manda1  as fellow customers we can't confirm this, you would need to contact sky directly

@Manda1 aare you a new customer or a returning customer if you are a new customer then it is more than likely the box you received is a broadband router as the engineer will bring your Q box/es

If you are a returning customer then Sky expect you to have kept your old card so @Invisiblename has escalated ths to Sky for you
