Hi @GIZMO2   This is a community of customers, not Sky customer services. Somebody has fobbed you off, you need to call Sky.

@GIZMO2 if you had Sky Q in the past and returned the kit Sky assume you kept the viewing card so dont send one out if you come back to Q. However I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should send you an invitation to chat through the forum where a chat icon will appear. Hopefully they can help you.
