Hi there
Over the last few months my Sky Q box intermitantly stops recognising the viewing card. In that time I have had the box replaced, the sky card replaced and for about a month no issues but come home this evening and once agin the viewing card is not being recognised. I have reset the box by switching the power off and then turning back on again and have removed the card, reinserted it but still having a problem.
Any ideas??

Thanks for getting back to me, the viewing card is now working but as this has happened a few times before I'd like to get it resolved .. L'll wait to be contacted
