Viewing card no longer active

My viewing card is no longer active .. can be please send me on a new viewing card as soon as possible..

You're not taking to Sky CS here - just other customers.

 

The card wouldn't normally deactivate unless there's a reason?

@Michael+Mc+Laughl You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
