Cancellation error

Good morning, we ordered sky glass via our gold membership account and we're expecting delivery tomorrow however late last night we received a cancellation email? We also received a cancellation for our current to package? We have not incited any cancellation so can you please investigate

Hi @Mike+McCarron   I'm afraid that nobody here is going to investigate as this is a community of customers, not Sky customer services. It is probably best to telephone Sky.
