Viewing card missing

Hi

we had new sky q box delivered this morning but when we gave the old one back to the driver we didn't take the viewing card out.

so we now don't have a viewing card can we get a new one?

Hi @Lb2007   This is a common mistake,  unfortunately you now need to telephone Sky for a new card.

With what? Have you done the same as the OP and left the viewing card in a returned faulty box?
