Sky have just told me on the phone, if I upgrade to sky q from my two sky+ boxes, I can still use my magic eyes to connect to the other two tvs currently using them. As there are no aerial sockets on a q box, Is this ytter rubbish, or are sky much cleverer than me??

Yes @Reggaeman
Afraid the magic eye system will not work on Sky Q.
As you say Q boxes have no RF outputs.

Thank you for the replies , especially the little report on switching from sky+
I guess I'm going to keep my two sky+ boxes until they die.
Very Grateful

Boxes themselves are easily replaced from eBay: what will finish them off* is the end of satellite television broadcasting.
*assuming they are Sky+ HD hardware
