Viewing card issue

I keep getting a message come up on my tv saying viewing card is not active and I need to contact sky can u please tell me why I'm getting this message thanks

@Chantelle0404 not a message i've seen before as we are customers here like you but have you cancelled at all and then re-instated or missed a payment ? 

If neither of them you could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
