Viewing card intermittently ejects

Our viewing intermittently ejects and we get a message 'Insert viewing card'

Having followed the on line advice all ok and then it willhappen again.  Does the card need replacing. it is quite old? Or is it a fauly with the Sky Q box?

More likely to be the Q box I would think.

Best to get an Engineer from Sky to check.
