Today our Sky Q box has gone into standby approx 4 or 5 times, all when watching Disney+. The first time it happened I out it down to it being on an app and the remote not being touched for hours. However the latter times it has gone off twice in the space of half an hour whilst watching a movie on Disney+.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Sounds like your Disney+ gets a bit further than mine.. I get an error message on mine yet the app works on every other device I've got.

I've spoken to someone from Sky today and they've guided me through an app reset, so waiting to see if it does it again. I'm hoping it doesn't so that it's all sorted!
