I was being sent a new Sky Q box and had to return the other one to the DPD delivery driver who delivered it. Once plugged in it said insert viewing card. I presume the delivery driver has driven off with ours in the other box? Or was I meant to get a new one with the new box?

You were meant to remove the viewing card before DPD took the faulty box away. You need to call Sky to order a replacement. It's no longer something the Messaging Team on here can help with.
