Does anyone have problems connecting skyq to fire tv

Just bought a Fire tv but can't get it to connect to my SkyQ box anyone else had this problem

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile

@CW24 a previous customer had the same problem as you and found doing a factory reset on your TV worked for them

 

My Toshiba fire TV in the guest bedroom worked fine straight out of the box
