Viewing card error message

Switched on my box this lunchtime and get the following error message:

 

Please insert the correct viewing card is inserted wirh the chip facing up

 

have switched the box off and on at the mains, and re-inserted the card, but it doesn't make any difference

Try going into Settings > System info > Viewing card > pair viewing card, then trigger a call back once it states its paired and see if that helps
