Wrong broadband connection

I've just moved from virgin media to Vodafone for broadband. I tried to connect my sky q box to the new Wi-Fi but it keeps connecting to a sky broadband that isn't ours automatically. How do I manually connect to my broadband?

Hi Teddy,

 

Try re-booting your box by turning it off at the power at the wall

 

Once its on, go to Settings > Network Connection > Network setup > connect to broadband from another providor

 

Or you may have to reset it again by Doing Network Setup > Reset
