Viewing card and box

Our viewing card will not click into the box, after speaking with Sky earlier this week, they sent a replacement, but the new card will still not click into the box

Sounds like you need to speak to Sky again?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

This time they may suggest a box swap. If they do, remember to keep the viewing card and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.
