Viewing Film 4

How can I watch a recorded film on Film 4 on Sky Q? I don't have the Film package.

I recorded a Film and it says I need a pin......

@Jeanbrodie as @xenon81 film 4 is a free to view channel

 

your pin is normally the last 4 digits of your viewing card number You can find your viewing card number by pressing home scrolling down to settings then system info

Your PIN is required to watch certain films before the watershed, you just need to enter it. There is no charge, it's simply a parental control. Sky Cinema isn't needed to watch/record Film4.
