Viewing Card

I had to replacement sky Q box delivered today as the old one was broken, however the delivery guy took away with the old one with my viewing card. How can I get a new viewing card because I cannot get past the bot with my questioning

You aren't the first person to do that and won't be the last but you'll need to persevere on the phone to order a replacement viewing card. 

Saying nothing when the automation kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.
