Viewing Card

I've returned my faulty box via DPD but I've just realised when about to install my replacement box that I left my viewing card in the faulty box!

I called the TV Tech number but got directed here. Can someone from Sky help please?

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
