Very frustrated

Any ideas gratefully received 

 

I have tried all and multiple unplugging and replugging in the router, sky box etc etc. left them off for a time. Plugged them back in router first, let it boot up and turn on the box. Tried the connect button on both. Still no network connection. Alexa, phones etc all connected to the WiFi. Any ideas or a number for Sky help please xx

Have you gone to settings and checked your whether your Network connection has a tick beside it. If it doesn't have a tick beside it, click Network connection, then select Network setup, then Advanced settings, then reset.  Select your broadband and use your handset to put in your wifi password.
