Press Home, then scroll down the menu and select My Sky.
Or press the Voice button on your Sky remote and say “My Sky”.
Select discovery+. If you can't see it, select Browse Shop then discovery+.

Thanks Colin, like a lot of people I was wanting to see the European Champions League final. I ended up ctreating a Discovery+ account on my laptop and signing in to Discovery+ on an Amazon Firestick I also have in the TV. There is not much else on Discovery+ that I want to watch, perhaps the French Open but two Eurosprts free channels are showing most of that.
Thanks for the help in any case
Graham

If you're fault is anything like mine - Not had Discovery+ since Sept 2023 when I unfortunately rejoined Sky, After all types of promises, missed calls and early closure of the problem by Sky I reported the matter to CISAS who took on my case. CISAS are totally independent and found in my favour, stating that Sky did not act reasonably, that they had shortcomings including missed calls and premature closure of my complaint. CISAS further stated Sky's failure to provide Discovery+ was a significant inconvenience and a significant cause of distress to the customer. CISAS also stated that whilst DIscovery+ was provided free by Sky the prolonged unavailability means Sky is not providing something it said it would and that consumer law gives the customer a right to a price reduction.
In conclusion I was awarded compensation and that Sky must update me to the status of the investigation. Todate Sky have paid me the compensation and updated me once! I still have no Discovery+ and am currently looking to further legal action against Sky.

I am struggling with exactly the same problem. No discoveryplus in the sky marketplace.
Isn't it about time sky sorted this?

(Removed) discovery plus is not available at no extra cost, it's not available at all, whenever I try and watch anything it says I need to upgrade.
ive tried every step by step how to etc etc and NOTHING WORKS!!
I don't get how such a large company can get away with blatant lies and they make no effort to help anyone.
and trying to speak to someone on the phone regarding this issue??
you may as well phone the moon ....

Do what I did report them to CISAS. This is an independant body, provide them with as much information as possible i.e. dates of phone calls, responses from Sky, basically whatever info you can collect. CISAS found in my favour and I was awarded £100. I have been without Discovery+ for a year now my contract is due Feb 2005 which I will not be renewing. CISAS also stated 1. Sky did not act reasonably. 2. Short comings in Sky response. 3. Sky caused inconvenience and distress to the customer which was significant 4. It may be free but its prolonged unavailability means Sky is NOT providing the service it said it would. Consumer Law gives the customer a right to a price reduction.
Hope this helps.
