Various Problems for the last 6 weeks

I have been having problems for the last 6 weeeks plus

I have a Q box and 2 mini boxes

I get problems with all 3 boxes and the problem changes from  no sat, blue screens, various different messages, play a recording and get a black screen.

I turn them all off, turn them on and reset and it works again .

my BT broadband is working fine

Any ideas please  -  but not turn it off and turn it on.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
