HBO Not working mon main tvg.

Have HBO on my mini  box in bedroom but keeps erroring out on main tv in living room.

Have spoken to Sky but they don't know whats wrong any help appreciated.

Hi @Ianmoose Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Thank you but just gives an error message saying "cant start the application"

then an error code.

Have spoken to sky and are sending an engneer to sort it as they think uts the sky Q box at fault
