Ive had tbis Q box just over a week and we keep getting a break in the picture with a message V Full. Ive rebooted it umpteen times but it still comes up. Advice to resolve please
Hi @judithjeff
Doesn't seem to be a Sky Q message.
See if your TV set remote will clear it.

Turn your Q box and the TV off and make sure the HDMI cable is fully inserted into the back of the Q box and into the TV, then power them back on.
'V Full' sounds like it is generated by the TV when it detects a break in the signal so it may just be that the HDMI cable hasn't been fully re-inserted when you had the new box fitted.

Yes the V Full message is what get on my Panasonic TV when switching to a HD source
You should not be getting this other then when you first switch to SKY
@judithjeff as @SlenderRobert suggests I recommend taking the HDMI Cable out and then putting it back in making sure it seated properly in both the SKY Q box & the TV
