Is the device connected to the same network as your SKy Q box ?

 

I am guessing you don't have an old version of android but  I probably should ask just in case (I haven't looked up which version it does need ) 

 

BTW I realised you wouldn't have asked if you could see it.

@DiMach6695 are you looking on the My Sky app or the Sky Go app as there are no remotes on the MySky app and guessing that was a typo from you but you need the Sky Go app for the remote control 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
