Sky Q won't connect to broadband

Sky Q box suddenly lost connection to Wifi - no changes to password / router etc. Tried resetting box and router (more than once). It reconnects for a few seconds then loses connection again. All non-Sky devices working fine. As a result, lost connection to minibox and can't get that back. No phone number available to talk to someone at Sky

Hi @Petealee In the following order:- Reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?
