Upgraded to sky cinema but won't let me watch movies

I recently upgraded to sky cinema, and have been paying for it for a couple months, but have only just tried to watch a movie and it says I need to upgrade?

 

Any help?

Can I just check that you are not trying to download a UHD version without the UHD add on?

No I'm just trying to watch the sky cinema channels and the on demand films.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
