Can’t access recordings “please wait”

When I try and access recording, screen shows "please wait". For information main sky q box is on 1st floor and I am trying to access recordings on mini box on 2nd floor. I have checked that both boxes are up to date, have tried disconnecting and reconnecting both boxes.

Have also rebooted but internet box
