Is sky q 2tb no longer an option for existing customers and how can I chat to a real person been with sky 25yrs can only find a phone number and I don't like talking on phones

A 2TB main Q box hasn't been the mainstream offering since the 1TB UHD/HDR box (effectively the v3) was released for Black Friday in 2019.

Volume production 2TB boxes are the original non-HDR model from early 2016, and the v2 from 2017-18.

In theory there's a version of the v3 upgraded with a 2TB drive available at additional cost, but not as an online order.
