I believe you need to be on signature to add any premium channels.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@BobW73 afraid you cannot add the Cinema offer as you need the base subscription pack which is Sky signature before you can add additional subscriptions

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile

Re: Upgrade to cinema

I recently checked my subscription level to see if I’m on the Essential or Signature plan, as suggested by others in this thread. During my search, I found another page with more details about the offer. It costs £9 per month (reduced from £10) for a 24-month contract, or £14 per month (reduced from £16) for a monthly rolling contract. Given my circumstances, automatically selecting the monthly rolling option is happily quite fair for me since it means I won’t be locked into a 24-month contract, especially since my Sky package ends in 12 months.

While this might not solve your specific situation, I hope it’s helpful to someone else!
