I am trying to find a way to cancel TNT ordered via Sky

Why is it that Sky make life so diffiult for loyal customers?  They provide the wherewithal to order TNT on a monthly rolling contract but then make it virtually impossible to cancel it (when finding out having tried it that the TRNT service is not what had been anticipated) via My Sky or my Sky account online - is there any way of cancelling other than sitting on a telephone waiting for someone at Sky to speak to?  If not, why not?  The claim when you sign up is that you cancel at any time - why, then, make it so diffiucly to do so?

@SL65

You might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs

If not you will need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

Thanks but you have not told me anything I doesn't already  know having wasted time going round in circles on My Sky - what you've said is what's available on Sky's opaque website - so I have to phone to cancel a subscription =  why make it so damned difficult?  £?  Cheers...

Hi

Did you find another way to cancel it? I'm trying to do the same!
